The last two years have been one of the most significant creative and personal processes of my life — and most of it happened completely behind the scenes. What looked like a quiet pause from the outside was actually years of development that never launched, near-closures, a pivot, and eventually a return.

What I thought was a death turned out to be a metamorphosis.

I wanted to pull back the curtain on all of it — the rounds of development that felt almost right and then didn’t, how many times I got to the edge of a rebrand and something in me kept saying not yet, and the personal work that had to happen before My Constellation could grow into what it was always becoming.

This audio is that behind the scenes. The real version, before it gets distilled into anything else.

I think if you’ve ever been in the middle of creating something — a business, a body of work, an offer, a new version of yourself — and couldn’t fully explain why it needed more time, or why it needed a change that didn’t make logical sense, this will resonate.

Below is my 40-minute deep dive on everything you want to know.
